NexLink Engine

Operational Queries

It does not crawl grey-market sites. Each key is bound to one journalist or creator. If that key is later reported as leaked, the studio can see who it was assigned to and revoke or stop contact. If there is no response after a key was delivered, the studio can flag that outlet or creator on a blacklist / do-not-contact list. There is no automatic “found on G2A” scanner.
Yes for the storefronts the inventory actually lists: Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo eShop (Switch and Switch 2). Each platform keeps an independent stock counter.
No crawler, no LLM filling gaps, and no AI-suggested contacts or scores. Updates that arrive through the official profile-update flow can fan out as a communal notice to other studios that already have that same outlet — only after a human at the originating studio accepts the change. The point is that a human stays in the loop so an automated rewrite cannot silently break another studio’s list.
Not at all. Because NexLink is a streamlined, highly optimized database utility, our business model is tailored for indie/AA budgets: honest, predictable pricing without the enterprise AI tax.
You own 100% of your data. NexLink operates under a strict data sovereignty policy — your media contacts, influencer relationships, campaign history, and notes belong strictly to you. You can trigger a full-database export in universal formats (Excel, JSON, or CSV) at any moment with a single click. No proprietary lock-ins, extraction fees, or roadblocks.
A studio that uses NexLink is asking you to confirm or update your contact details so review keys, embargoes, and coverage mail land in the right inbox. This is not a pitch for a new game. Changes you submit are not published until that studio accepts them. This page is not the profile form — if the studio sent you a link, use that link. Journalists and creators do not log in to NexLink.
