All imported data — contacts, press lists, campaign history, and key dispatch logs — are cryptographically bound to your studio's unique studioId. No cross-client data leakage is architecturally possible. Records are completely inaccessible to any other operator on the platform.
Activation keys and review copies distributed before the Game Sheet's official launch date are governed by strict embargo protocols. BSL accepts no liability for unauthorized disclosure of pre-release materials. Studio operators are solely responsible for recipient NDA compliance and key revocation timelines.
NexLink's Outreach Center enforces GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance. The staggered-queue dispatcher is engineered exclusively for legitimate editorial outreach. Unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited and triggers immediate account suspension. All dispatched emails embed Reply-To traceability tokens automatically.
